We have chosen to lease a heavy duty lifter for bariatric cases. The unit supplied is of excellent quality and was well worth the money.
I wish i hadn't taken out the warranty though as the unit I think could carry well over the 45 stone rating it has on the side ! Lets put it this way, I can't see it breaking.
