Please find enclosed some pictures of our standard hospital transfer trolleys.
The logisitcs of relocating a deceased from a ward to the mortuary differs from hospital, however keeping movement descrete is often the most important parameter.
Normally a trolley complete with body tray is brought from the mortuary to the ward. The deceased is lifted/slid onto the tray which is normally 'hidden' within a canopy so as not to cause any distress to other patients/members of the public. On arrival in the mortuary the tray is then rolled off the trolley into a fridge.
This avoids double manual handling.
We can manufacture to any specification or design and can be supplied with a cover.
